The Nominating Committee has submitted their nominees to serve as a Board Member

The Nominating Committee has submitted the following nominations for our 2023 Board of Directors who will serve on a new 3-year term.

Enrique Boull’t (incumbent and current Chair) is presently serving as the Board Chair of Schools Federal Credit Union. He has been associated with the Credit Union since 1979. He has been a member of the Board or the Supervisory Committee since 2010. Before his retirement in 2014, he served Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) for 38 years. He last held the position of Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he oversaw more than 10,000 classified employees who provided various services to schools and students. Enrique takes great pride in representing the Credit Union’s members. He is committed to offering them financial products that cater to their daily requirements.

Margaret Scholl Fairlie (incumbent)  has been a member of the Credit Union since she joined the LAUSD in 1969. She has dedicated her time and expertise to the Credit Union as a volunteer, serving on the Supervisory Committee for 15 years, including five years as Committee Chair. For the past 13 years, she has been a member of the Board of Directors, and from 2012 to 2016, she served as Board Chair. Margaret’s professional experience includes three years as the Chief Financial Officer for the Santa Monica School District. At LAUSD, she worked in various roles, including Stores Branch, Budget, and General Accounting, where she managed the District’s financial projections and investment planning. She then served as Director of Maintenance and Operations for 11 years, overseeing a budget in excess of $300 million and a workforce of over 5,000 employees. Her skills proved most valuable when managing the District’s long-term financial recovery from the Northridge Earthquake. Currently retired, she remains committed to ensuring the Credit Union’s financial stability and providing critical services to its members.
