Incumbents Selected to Serve New Terms

The Nominating Committee has selected Enrique Boull’t and Jack Kelanic to serve new three year terms on the Board of Directors. Their nominations will be confirmed during our Annual Meeting at Knott’s Berry Farm on Saturday, May 30, 2026. There will be no additional nominations from the floor.

Enrique Boull’t currently serves as Vice Chair of Schools Federal Credit Union and has been associated with the credit union since 1979. He has served on the Board of Directors or Supervisory Committee since 2010.

Before his retirement in 2014, Enrique dedicated 38 years to the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), where he most recently served as Chief Operating Officer. In that role, he oversaw more than 10,000 classified employees who provided essential services to schools and students.

Enrique takes great pride in representing the credit union’s members and remains committed to ensuring they have access to financial products that support their everyday needs.

Jack Kelanic is the Chief Technology Officer for the Long Beach Unified School District (LBUSD), with over 25 years of public-sector technology leadership experience. As LBUSD’s first CTO, he leads efforts to modernize infrastructure, strengthen resiliency, and drive innovation in support of educational excellence and equity.

Previously, at Los Angeles Unified School District, Jack played a key role in coordinating the response to a major cyberattack, helping minimize disruption and strengthen cybersecurity. He also served as CTO for Dallas ISD, where he was named 2021 Public Sector CIO of the Year and contributed to statewide broadband initiatives.

Earlier, he led technology transformation for the City of Tacoma. Jack holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Vanderbilt University.
