We have confirmed that an employee at the branch tested positive for COVID-19 on January 11, 2021. As a result, our Los Angeles office will be temporarily closed starting Tuesday, January 12th. We will assess the situation at the branch and will update the membership as soon as a reopening date is available. The safety of our members and staff will always be our priority. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience, but truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
In the meantime, we encourage you to bank online if at all possible. This continues to be the best alternative as we all do our part to minimize the spread of COVID-19. If you do need to visit a branch, please use the service-center locator guide for the nearest office. However, before visiting a service-center, please contact the participating credit union to confirm that their office is available.
