You may continue to rely on your credit union to not only to provide you with resources but to make sure that your funds are fully secured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) and American Share Insurance (ASI). Our branches and departments, including our call center, will remain open. We will continue to monitor the situation daily to ensure the safety of our members and staff.   • Our lobbies are open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • All loan applications must be submitted online or by calling us at (9866) 459-2345, option 3.
  • As a precautionary measure, shared branching services at or locations have been suspended until further notice.


If possible, we encourage you to access your account online. It’s the fastest and easiest way to deposit a check or submit a new application for a loan or account. We’ve increased our remote operations so that requests received online are processed within 24 hours. Here are just a few things you can do when you go online:

  • Mobile check deposit
  • Payments and transfers
  • Manage your accounts
  • Pay bills
  • Temporarily lock and unlock your card(s)


We know that you use your account on a daily basis. So, we’ve made adjustments to our processes, which allow for enhanced flexibility when using your card at an ATM or merchant. Both your debit and credit card can be used at over nine million merchants worldwide. Additionally, your debit card can be used at over 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide.

YOUR FUNDS ARE SAFE                                                                

Unlike most other financial institutions, your deposits are insured by two different agencies (NCUA and ASI). Think of this as having “double” insurance, which means the money in your account is secured above and beyond that of federal requirements. We voluntarily chose this option to give you the assurance that your deposits are well secured.

FEE REVERSALS                                                           

Please call us to review any fees you may have been charged for further review.  Certain fees, such as early withdrawals on Term Certificates, are being waived at this time. 

During this difficult time, we are providing options for you to defer (skip) your loan payments on your consumer (ie… personal, auto, credit card) and/or mortgage loan. If your income has been affected. We will process your request quickly so you can take care of more important things.

  • No processing fees
  • It will not adversely affect your credit

Please note that interest will continue to accrue during any deferral periods.

However, you must demonstrate the ability to repay the loan. As always, be careful when obtaining loans that may hurt your financial position in the future.

Use our Platinum VISA credit card to make sure you’re not paying more than you have to. Any new purchases, including balance transfers made until March 31, 2021, will receive a discounted rate of 3.25% APR until December 31, 2021. Note that any unpaid balance will revert to the nominal purchase rate that was disclosed when the account was opened.

If you are financing an auto loan with another lender, contact us.  We may be able to refinance your current vehicle and reduce your monthly payment. Additionally, we will defer your first payment up to 90 days to add additional household cash flow during these uncertain times. The process is simple. We’ll collect some information, including who you’re paying, the make, model, and features of your car, and we’ll do the math to see how much you can save. Our goal will be to reduce your current rate, reduce your payment, or both.
